Sharon is without question one of the most knowledgeable physiotherapists working in the dance world. Her understanding goes far beyond injury management — she has a deep insight into what dancers are required to do physically and mentally and how to support and strengthen their bodies to meet those demands.

Throughout my professional career, Sharon guided me through everything from persistent niggles to potentially career-ending injuries and surgery rehab. Not only did she get me back on my feet, she consistently supported me to return stronger, more resilient and better equipped to perform at the highest level.
