Our Testimonials
Andy Adamson, Rachel Parker, and Alicia Nelson
As Pilates instructors who have worked collectively in the dance world for over 50 years, we have encountered a lot of physiotherapists, through our own injuries and those of our colleagues and students. Put simply, Sharon Morrison and her team, Maxine Nicholson and Vicky Kennerdale are the best. Their diagnostic and physical therapy skills are second to none. Their advice on how to manage injury is thorough and professional. Their approach is based on patient empowerment.
Sharon and her team deliver the necessary treatment and then work with clients to develop an ongoing treatment management plan. This consists of things to avoid, things to help alleviate pain and symptoms and a programme of exercises devised specifically for your condition which is supported with video content. Repeat visits are scheduled for further treatment and assessment and the programme of self-help is adapted as appropriate.
As the physiotherapy team supports Pilates, we’ve enjoyed years of successful collaboration with shared clients. The clinic is always our first recommendation for clients with ongoing or chronic issues. It is a supportive and compassionate place where physiotherapists take time to genuinely listen to and understand each client’s injuries and concerns. After treatment you leave with greater confidence, hope and a sense of well-being both mentally and physically. In summary, we place complete trust in this team with our own bodies and with the care and wellbeing of our clients.
